Are your products gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free?
Yes, our cookies are made on dedicated equipment with ingredients that are certified to be free of gluten, dairy, and soy. The nut flours we use (almond and coconut) are naturally gluten-free.

Are your products Paleo?
Yes, all of our cookies are Paleo-friendly and can easily fit into the Paleo/Primal lifestyle. We proudly adhere to the principles of evolutionary nutrition with our use of natural and nutrient dense ingredients.

Are your products vegan? 
Yes, our cookies do not contain any eggs or other animal products and are considered vegan.

What do you use to sweeten your cookies? 
We use certified organic maple syrup to sweeten our cookies. Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that is high in antioxidants and minerals. Its glycemic index is significantly lower than refined cane sugar.

What is the shelf life of your cookies?
Our cookies do not contain any preservatives or artificial ingredients. Therefore, they are best consumed within 7 days after receipt. We recommend storing the cookies in a cool, dry place, or to extend shelf life, they may be frozen.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship orders Monday-Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please be sure to check your email's spam folder.

Do you ship to Alaska and/or Hawaii?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to locations outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
